WHAT IS A 'SITE'?
There are 2 models for defining a site. The first is the “location model” where each location regardless of its size or number of employees is equivalent to a single site. The second is the “employee number model”, which is best suited to multi-site organisations with lower staff numbers. When utilising the employee number model, a single site equates to a maximum of 500 employees. It is possible to utilise a combination of both models, this solution can be negotiated with us on a case-by-case basis.
If you have a site in Mackay(with 2000 staff) and a site in Broken Hill (with 1500 staff).It would be best for you to choose the separate location model and pay for two licences.
If you have an office in each capital city in Australia, but each office has less than 25 staff, it would be best for you to choose the employee number model and pay for only one licence.
